End of the Year Party!!
Wednesday, June 12th
Please read Carefully!
The festivities will begin at 10:20 am and wrap up at 2:30 pm.
Kids will enjoy swimming, gym games, a craft and game show fun!!
A pizza lunch along with carrots,apple slices, grapes and chips will be served from 11:40 AM to 12:20 PM
We’ll wrap up the party starting at 1:40 PM to 2:30 PM with an Ice Cream Sundae Bar in the cafeteria and free play outside on the playground. Note: If your child has a dairy allergy and will need a non-dairy option, please email juliekarmanos@gmail.com.
Students will need to BRING THEIR BATHING SUITS, TOWEL and a SHOE BOX.
This year’s craft is a Time Capsule. Please bring a Shoe Box wrapped in paper ready to decorate. Any type of paper can be used – white, brown, wrapping paper, etc. *Please wrap the lid separately from the box. * During our craft activity the students will make a book of their favorites to put inside the Time Capsule box. You may want to encourage your child to start thinking of their favorite things from this year (song, movie, book, TV show, school assignment, sports team, restaurant, etc.). Your child is welcome to bring things to include (such as photos, trading cards or other mementos – if they can’t part with something but would like it represented, you can take a photo of it and send the photo in). At the end of the party the students will bring the box home to be stored away in a safe place until the day they graduate from BCS!
Please bring your wrapped shoe boxto your classroom teacher by Monday, June 3rd.
