Dear Parents,
We are coming to the end of a great year with our kids! We wanted to pass along some information that was discussed at the last room parent meeting. Most importantly, we are planning the End-of-the-Year party which takes place on Thursday, June 17th from 10 am – 2:15 pm. This is our last activity together as a class, and we want to make it super special for our kids. We will need 7 volunteers for this party, and the information regarding the available time shifts is highlighted below. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can volunteer! Of course, the more the merrier!
Thank you all for your help during this past year!

EOY Party
Party is scheduled for Thursday, 6/17 from 10am - 2:15pm. The party will follow last year's format - a rotation of stations including indoor and outdoor games, swimming, and crafts, plus a pizza lunch at noon and performance by Animal Magic at 1pm, followed by ice cream sundaes (schedule attached).
There are three available shifts for which we will need volunteers: 9:45 - 12, 11:30 - 1:30, and 1 - 2:30. Ideally we will need 3 volunteers per class for the morning shift, three volunteers per class for the afternoon shift, and one volunteer per class to help serve ice cream during the last shift. The success of this event depends on your participation and it is a great way to spend the afternoon with your child.
